Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

1 c. salted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 small box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. white chocolate chips

Cream the butter and sugars.  Add in vanilla and eggs.

Add in the dry ingredients, and then the chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.  Let sit on pan 2-5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.  

Homemade BBQ sauce

2 c. ketchup
2 c. tomato sauce
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. molasses
2 Tbs. butter
4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

In a large saucepan, mix together all the ingredients.  

Bring to a boil, over medium heat.  Then reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 20 minutes or up to an hour, stirring occasionally.
