1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. chocolate protein powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until mixed well. Roll into 1" balls and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
