2 c. brown sugar
1 cube butter
1 c. light karo syrup
Mix in a saucepan, bring to a boil then add 1 can sweetened condensed milk and boil for 3 minutes. (do not boil longer or your carmel will go hard)
Stir with popcorn in a non-stick pan.
