Add all to a casserole dish:
1 lb. ground beef, browned with onion
1 1/2 c. cooked diced potatos
1/2 c. cooked diced carrots
1 can vegetable soup
1 can tomato soup
optional: other vegetables like beans, peas, or corn.
Add grated cheese on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
