Mindi's Meatballs

1/2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef

Mix and shape into meatballs. Place in a casserole dish.

Sauce:
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
chopped onion

Combine and pour over meatballs. *I double the sauce and serve over rice.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
