1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. sausage
Brown meat slowly, drain then add:
1 Tbs. sweet basil
garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. stewed tomatos
2- 6 oz. cans tomato paste
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook 10 oz. lasagna noodles.
Cheese mixture:
1/2 c. grated parmesan
3 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbs. parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
pepper
Slice 1 lb. mozzerella cheese (or use grated)
Place half of noodles in 9x13 pan. Add half of the cheese mixture, then half of the mozzerella cheese then half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers one time.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let sit 10 mintues before serving.
